Customer Support Representative
BiDx is a new web services company which operate the world's largest online community for entrepreneurs in developing countries www.bidnetwork.org. It is now re-developing its web-platform to facilitate the start, growth and finance of small businesses in developing countries. BiDx is a limited company owned by the BiD Network Foundation and Mekar Sampoerna PTE Ltd of Indonesia. BiDx plans to replace its current website www.bidnetwork.org by the end of 2011 and to launch its full webplatform before mid 2012. To do this successfully BiDx seeks a Customer Support Representative. The Customer Support Representative will provide support to users of the current website until the launch of the new website. During the testing phase of the new platform you will train our partners in the use of the new system. After the launch of the new platform you will support the users of the new website, train our local partners and update the help pages. | ||
