Flight Instructor (MPL) , Al Ain, UAE, United Arab Emirates

ob Purpose:  An MPL Flight Instructor is responsible for the delivery of the MPL training programs required to satisfy the training and licensing requirements for Etihad Flight College Cadets. Instructors are expected to comply with the procedures and programs specified in Operations Manual Part D.
Responsiilities: Conduct flight instruction for  Etihad Flight College Cadets in simulation and on-aircraft training, to ensure that all applicable regulatory requirements and company objectives are satisfied. To ensure on-going coordination with the Manager of MPL Training, and that any issues raised concerning the conduct of training are appropriately addressed and resolved. Ensure that the approved lesson plans are delivered as scripted, and according to the company standards. Monitoring the progress of trainees and adapt training delivery effectively.
Requirements:
Qualification & Education: Hold a recognized College degree. Meet other applicable GCAA regulatory requirements as outlined in CAR-FCL and CAR-ORA relating to the position.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a training role, 1500 hours in multi-crew environment in modern EFIS equipped turboprop or turbojet aircraft, minimum 2500 flight hours (Aeroplane), minimum 500 hours of multi-engine instruction experience in aircraft, recent flight instructional experience within past 5 years. Must hold current and valid CPL (IR) or ATPL, multi-engine instrument flight instructor rating, medical certificate and be willing to convert an ICAO member state license to GCAA. Turboprop or turbojet instruction or examiner experience preferred.
