Trusts manager

There is an exciting opportunity within the fundraising team for a Trusts Manager, who can help us build new relationships and grow our income from Trusts and Foundations in the years ahead.

What are we looking for?

• an individual who has drive and motivation with keen attention to detail;
  
• a confident self-starter but also a reliable and flexible team player.

This role will suit an individual with:

• excellent understanding of programme funding and proven success in securing funds from Trusts and Foundations.

• an ability to build strong relationship with donors is key, in order to help us secure much needed funding for our programmes.

You will have proven experience of relation-based fundraising, ideally, in a Trusts or Programme funding team. You will be a strong communicator, adept at building strong, lasting relationships with funders. In addition, you will manage a portfolio of sizable grants that directly support our UK and overseas programmes, working closely with the Department Head and the Foundation and Programme Funding team to take the programme to the next level.
