Senior Learning and Development Analyst Australia-Western

The Senior Learning & Development Analyst will be responsible for the development and deliverence of comprehensive learning and development programs and systems for staff across the Australia Pacific Region.

The key to your succes in this role will be:
  • An interest in L&D system management
  • The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels throughout the organisation
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to remote sites across the Australia Pacific Region

To be considered for this role the successful incumbent will have:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Psychology
  • 6+ years experience in public industry role with a specific interest in technology, finance, mining or public relations
  • 4+ years experience working with learning & development systems
  • Proven ability to deliver analytics and statistics that relate to the development of people within the organisation.

Deisrable critera for this role:

  • Have completed or be working towards a Masters degree in any discipline
  • Experience working on HRIS such as Oracle, Success Factors, Intuition, Taleo and Plateau
  • Certifications and assessment capability in psychological analysis tools such as hogan, insights discovery, workplace big 5.
