We are seeking to appoint a Senior Consultant specialising in public financial management (PFM).

Main responsibilities will include:

• Managing PFM programmes and projects funded by international donors to achieve objectives on time and in budget
• Delivering technical inputs in support of Crown Agents existing PFM sector assignments
• Identifying and developing new PFM business opportunities

Qualifications, skills and experience

• In-depth knowledge of PFM systems with expertise in one or more specific area (e.g. macro-economics, budget preparation, budget execution, accounting and reporting)
• Experience of designing, implementing and / or evaluating PFM reform programmes in developing and transition economies
• Post-graduate degree in Public Finance / Economics or equivalent
