Creative Associates International Incorporated is a dynamic and fast-growing professional services firm that specializes in international development in the areas of education, democratic transitions and stabilization in post-conflict environments. Background The incumbent will recruit, interview and screen job candidates, determine requisite skill levels, post job vacancy notices, assist with coordination of outreach and advertising, check references and facilitate the selection process. The Recruiter will be responsible for filling positions in Headquarters, in the field and for proposals. In view of the highly technical nature of the recruitment in a variety of subject areas, the Recruiter will collaborate closely with staff in programs, planning and development and the recruitment team. Reporting and Supervision

The Recruitment Coordinator reports to and is supervised by the Recruitment Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

Source, screen and interview applicants Ensure consistency in the recruitment process including the establishment of interview panels, providing appropriate interviewing questions and maintenance of the recruitment files Check credentials and references and schedule follow up interviews Maintain networks in critical sectors to keep in touch with talent pools Prepare posting vacancy notices of job opportunities Attend conferences, career fairs, and special events to promote Creative as an employer Provide information on the company, its policies, benefits, and available opportunities to agencies and applicants Daily maintenance of the Taleo Applicant Tracking System Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration or related field 4-6 years international and/or domestic recruiting experience Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, assertive and professional demeanor and ability to represent Creative to diverse audiences Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff in all units of the company Extensive interviewing experience. Must have thorough knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and requirements of Federal Selection Guidelines and the Americans with Disabilities Act Knowledge of field environment and ability to work in developing countries and conflict-post conflict context Computer literacy, database affinity; Ability to prioritize tasks, organize large volume of work, perform independently and within a eam Ability to work under strict deadlines and travel if necessary
