SUMMARY:
Counterpart International is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Office Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for Counterpart’s headquarters office operations. This is a full time position based in Arlington, Virginia. This position will report to the Vice-President, Finance and Compliance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Overall operations and functionality of the office, including overseeing front desk operations  Supervision of office admin staff  Manage office health and safety issues, including ensuring OSHA compliance  Ensure company registrations and insurance are compliant
 Functionality and maintenance of all office equipment  Maintaining vendor relationships  Ensure organizational memberships remain current
 Manage corporate Amex bill  Ordering, inventorying, and stocking all office and kitchen supplies  Obtaining and maintaining visas and passports for international travel of employees  Oversee housekeeping of common areas (e.g. kitchen)  Address employee office concerns  Maintaining office assets lists  Space planning for new and existing staff, including managing needs for furniture and equipment  Project management for office redesigns, renovations, and moves
 Work with building management for any leasing or maintenance issues  Serve as office notary  Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:  At least 2 years of college or 5+ years of equivalent experience in a fast-paced office environment  At least 2 years office management or facilities experience
 Ability to maintain a pleasant, helpful and professional attitude in high stress situations  Proven ability to prioritize and follow-through on a variety of duties under deadlines  Experience working under minimum supervision  Established reliability and attention to detail  Advanced computer skills  Fluency in foreign language preferred
