Duties: The successful candidate would be expected to: (i) teach courses in the area of Power Systems, Electric Machines and Drives; (ii) conduct research; (iii) he/she will be expected to perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department. Requirements: Candidates must (i) possess a relevant Bachelors Degree plus a Masters Degree from a recognized university in any area of Power Engineering; Power Systems; Electric Machines and Drives; (ii) show evidence of engagement in research and service. Knowledge in Computer Applications of Electric Power Engineering is required.
