If this is you…

You will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • A letter from an accredited service provider/institution stating that all required subjects for acceptance for GCC Mines and Works by the DMR have been acquired
  • An engineering background will be advantageous
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • English profi ciency
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • A Code B driver’s licence
  • A Medical Certificate of Fitness.

You will be required to:

  • Report to the Training and Development Manager: Engineering
  • Complete the Harmony Junior Engineers Development Programme within a set timeframe
  • Equip yourself with the knowledge and skills as well as the technical profi ciency to obtain the Government Certifi cate of Competency
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with the training team
  • Work independently.
