Family Planning Technical Advisor Based in Dilli, Timor Leste We are an international not-for-profit, non-government organisation delivering sexual and reproductive health programs in over 40 countries and serving over 6 million women every year. Our program in Timor Leste is looking for a Family Planning Technical Advisor who will provide high level Family Planning programming advice and support to the Ministry of Health and project partners under the USAID Timor Leste Health Improvement Program. Reporting to MSI's Country Director in Timor Leste, you will be responsible for working with the MoH and project partners to strengthen family planning education and service provision in Timor Leste. Technical support will include development of training materials, policy and procedures, development and implementation of family counselling and education, monitoring and evaluation training; implementing improved human resource practices, clinical quality control, and other clinical technical support as required.
