Director of Campus Services

£60,000 plus PRP, final salary pension scheme, free gym membership

The Director of Campus Services is a key leadership role requiring creativity, vision and entrepreneurial flair. As a member of the TCSG Senior Executive Team, you will lead the growth and development of the student facing campus services and the external facing commercial services in driving up levels of customer care and generating significant income.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop the full commercial potential of a magnificent £200K campus comprising listed historic gardens and a manor house alongside contemporary world class buildings all of this in a stunning location a couple of miles from the beautiful Cornish coast.

As well as your track record in creating commercially successful enterprises, we’ll be impressed by your creativity, enthusiasm and appetite for new challenges. Your background could be as diverse as overseeing operations in the hospitality industry or as a commercial entrepreneur with genuine empathy for what student and staff expect. Naturally you’ll also have excellent communication skills to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
