Direct Marketing Officer

WaterAid is looking for a Direct Marketing Officer to join our busy and ambitious Supporter Recruitment team, helping WaterAid realise its vision of a world where everyone has access to safe water and sanitation.

We have exciting and ambitious plans to more than double income from individual supporters over the next five years through fundraising and supporter engagement. This is in line with WaterAid's organisational strategy to reach 25 million people directly with access to water and sanitation by 2015, as well as a further 100 million people through influencing policies and practices of governments and service providers.

In order to meet our ambitious plans, we have an opening for a permanent post to manage specific direct marketing projects, which are crucial to the delivery of the annual plan. The role will deliver a variety of project, both offline and online.

You will possess strong project management skills and experience of working in a direct marketing fundraising position (or similar customer marketing role). You will also have proven experience of digital marketing and of working with strategic partners in developing and implementing projects.
