Administrative Assistant (Trainee) INNOVA Europe

INNOVA Europe is looking for a Trainee - Administrative Assistant who will take care of office management activities and in parallel provide support to project managers in research, reporting and event organization tasks.

We are looking for a motivated person with eye for details, visual presentation, and able to structure and execute work processes, data base management and the fine tuning of reports and presentations.

Main tasks :

  • Providing administrative support to ensure effective functioning of the office
  • Supporting internal communication between the companies of the Group
  • Organisation of meetings and business trips
  • Preparation of reports, agendas, minutes, presentations
  • Information searches and analyses
  • Maintenance and update of company website, including the preparation of texts and ads to be posted on the website
  • Administrative and technical assistance to project managers
  • Contributing to article writing for newsletters
  • Taking care of visual and graphical quality of reports and presentations

Through this position, INNOVA Europe offers the possibility to grow in a dynamic work environment at the heart of European policy and innovation development. We offer a paid traineeship for the period of 6 months.

Requirements:

  • Higher secondary education
  • Motivation to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Good communication skills, positive attitude
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well under time pressure
  • Reliability
  • Excellent use of English and high level in French, both written and spoken
